FUNERAL

The Funeral module is the core of the databird.GF application.

It allows you to manage :

Contact and Communication with various parties, including team, deceased’s family members and suppliers.

Task lists keep the process under control and on time. A Document Library function stores important documents. A Calendar function allows for scheduling meetings and planning.

Finances are under control as well, including Cost Estimates and Invoicing, Reminders, and Electronic Signing of quotes.

Logistics and Facility Management can be organised directly in the application, be it Reservation of Halls and Chapels, Funeral Processions and Convoys, Transfers and Rooms, all done with the aid of a Custom Visual Plan of your Facility.

CREMATION

The Cremation module plugs into the Funeral core and streamlines the Incineration Workflow, including permits, certificates, labels.

Multiple ovens can be organised according to the various phases (preparation, combustion, cool-down).

CEMETERY

The Cemetery module also plugs into the Funeral core and simplifies the management of places of rest and the various types of memorial :

Quotes and Invoicing, Locations, including a Visual Map of your facility, Document Library and Calendar function scheduling digging, inhumation, exhumation, ceremonies and grave marker management.
